We offer a package deal to get you up and running as a corporation, including the most important thing—an in-person consultation to explain your choices and answer your questions. It also includes your Articles of Incorporation, EIN, corporate selection paperwork, and operating agreement.

We are here to help. Don’t do this online without at least having a strategy discussion as to what is right for you! If you do go online watch for the upsell every step of the way. Many online firms charge around $900 or more for this service and charge an additional amount for the EIN and other forms. Ours is a flat fee of $550.
