What is the “New normal” in the office
Everything is the same and yet different. We still handle walk-ins as they walk in depending on staffing. We still make appointments for sit down meetings together the same way we use to.
We ALSO have added Zoom meetings and phone call virtual meetings. Documents are viewed through electronic signature apps and video conferencing. We request that these clients get us their tax documents 5 days before their Zoom call or virtual Phone call so that we have a solid first draft done before the meeting and we can focus on strategies and issues.
This has been a GREAT addition as we have clients throughout the greater LA and OC areas AND in 18 states and traffic and work schedules can be brutal!
