Everyone has a unique style and expectation of their accountant. Check us out to see if we are right for you. If you are looking for a very formal office with fancy embossed folders, we are not that place. We are pretty informal and down to earth.
For Faster Service, Call
We are super busy during tax season (we should be after 20 years of being in business), so calling will get you a faster response than emailing us—particularly if you want an appointment fast! We don’t have a dedicated receptionist, which allows us to keep our prices reasonable, but it also keeps us from responding to emails instantly.
During tax season, we are open Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 7:30 pm and Sat 11:00 am – 4:00 pm to accept drop off documents and to facilitate signing of documents. We are closed on Sundays. Unless you have an appointment, taxes will be prepared on a first come, first served basis. We will try for a same day turn around, but it might take 2 – 4 days depending on how complicated your returns, how complete your documents are and how many other clients are in front of you.
